<p> The Mace & Crown is currently seeking a student with experience in writing and editing to fill the position of Sports Editor. Responsibilities for this position include collecting and editing content, recruiting new writers and working with the staff to develop the organization. Eligible applicants must have knowledge of proper grammar and AP style, be apt in delegating stories and managing a small group of writers, follow the athletic department's current events, and work well with others. </p> <p> </p> <p> This is a paid position and requires the attendance of mandatory twice-weekly meetings as well as weekend hours dedicated to editing and producing the publication. Applicants with one year or more left to complete degree will be considered first.
