Light Rail Transit meeting Thursday evening at the TED (Sept. 12, 2013)
<p> Thursday evening at the Ted Constant Center, HRT and the City of Norfolk will host a public meeting to discuss extending the Tide light rail transit line to the Norfolk Naval Station. The meeting is from 6PM to 7:30PM.
