CrossFit FREE at the Student Recreation now through September 7, 2013
<p> Now is the time to try Crossfit for FREE at the Student Recreation Center. Please contact <a href="mailto:tmorgan@odu.edu?subject=Assistant%20Director%20for%20Fitness%20and%20Wellness">Tamara Morgan</a> with questions or for more information</p> <p> CROSSFIT FUNDAMENTALS: This class will push you to your limits while performing constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensities giving you maximum results in the least amount of time. The CrossFit Fundamentals class is a pre-requisite to the CrossFit Small Group Training. Space is limited to the first 10 people that attend.</p> <p> CROSSFIT BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE SGT: This class will push you to your limits while performing constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensities giving you maximum results in the least amount of time. Space is limited to the first 10 people to register at the Pro Shop.
