ITS System Maintenance
<p> ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, July 28, 2013. Specific services that will be impacted include:</p> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.:</strong><br /> Access to the following systems will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> Banner</li> <li> Leo Online</li> <li> Degreeworks</li> <li> Room Scheduling (R25)</li> <li> Footprints</li> <li> Perception</li> <li> Forms.odu.edu</li> <li> News.odu.edu</li> <li> Video Streaming Archives</li> <li> myODU Portal</li> <li> midas.odu.edu</li> <li> Faculty Student Communication System (FSCS)</li> <li> Insight (Cognos)</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.:</strong><br /> Network access in the following areas will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> Art Studio</li> <li> Parking Garage C</li> <li> Peri Labs</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.:</strong><br /> Access to the following system will be intermittent:</p> <ul> <li> Faculty/Staff email</li> </ul> <p style="margin-left:.75in;"> </p> <p> The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.</p> <p> <em>Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services.
