<p> <strong>You think you are strong, but are you Monarch Strong? Test your strength this spring. The competition consists of multiple events (Bench Press, Squat, and Strong Man Challenges) that test your character, motivation, and strength. The competition is open to both male and female ODU students and SRC members. Register for one or all…it is up to you!
