FREE Weight Loss Program for Students

Have you tried to lose weight in the past, but lacked the motivation and quit trying? Join Student Health Services&#39; weight management program, &quot;Drop It Like It&#39;s Hott...the Healthy &quot;Weigh&quot;&quot; . This year the program will be led by ODU&#39;s very own Registered Dietician, Angie Sutphin, R.D. and facilitated by Kim Cholewinski Carr, SHS Health Promotion! The structure of the program is setup to include a weekly&nbsp;healthy-weight workshop and weigh-in (confidential). The program will begin Thursday, February 21st from 12:30-1:30pm in the Health Sciences Building, Room 2000.
