will be blocked off starting at <strong>4:30pm</strong> <ul style="list-style-type:circle;"> <li> If your vehicle is on one of these areas it will be subject to ticket and tow</li> </ul> </li> <li> The garage will be exit only starting at <strong>4:30pm</strong></li> </ul> <p> Garage D:</p> <ul> <li> Level 2 and Level 3 and the ramp that connects them will be blocked off starting at
