<p> Please join the Old Dominion University College of Arts &amp; Letters&rsquo; Colloquium Series presented by the Humanities Institute:<br /> &nbsp;<br /> The Public&rsquo;s Role in Public Art<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Friday, November 1, 2013<br /> 3:00 - 5:00 PM<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Baron &amp; Ellin Gordon Art Galleries<br /> 4509 Monarch Way Norfolk, VA 23508<br /> &nbsp;<br /> The colloquium is focused on addressing what constitutes public art in Hampton Roads and who gets to make such decisions. We will explore the cultural, economic, legal, social and spatial dimensions of public art.
