<p> &nbsp;The University Village Bookstores invites you to attend three upcoming book&nbsp;events in the</p> <p> month of February:</p> <p> * Local Chesapeake author and retired Navy seaman<strong> Al Parker </strong>will be signing his new book,<strong> &quot; Adrift &quot;</strong></p> <p> on Thursday, Feb 14th at noon.&nbsp; Mr. Parker&#39;s novel covers his Naval time during the Korean War.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> &nbsp; * <strong>Ms. Remica Bingham-Risher,</strong> Director of Writing and Faculty Development, will have a book release</p> <p> event on Saturday, Feb 16th from 3 to 5 to celebrate her brand new work<em><strong>, &quot; What We Ask of Flesh.&quot;&nbsp; </strong></em>Her</p> <p> previous work is entitled,<strong> &quot; Conversion.&quot;</strong></p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> * <strong>Mr. Daniel Hennelly,</strong> Academic Affairs, will be signing his new work, <strong>&quot; Fatal Knowledge: A Collegiate</strong></p> <p> <strong>Murder Mystery &quot;</strong> on Thursday, Feb 21st at noon.</p>
