OCCS System Maintenance
<p> <strong>OCCS System Maintenance </strong>will be conducted on Sunday, December 16, 2012. Specific services that will be impacted include:</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Access to the following services/systems will be intermittent:</strong></p> <p> Faculty/Staff Email including Archived Messages</p> <p> Faculty/Staff Blackberry Email</p> <p> Faculty/Staff Instant Messaging (Lync)</p> <p> SharePoint</p> <p> Perception</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Access to the following services/systems will be intermittent:</strong></p> <p> Faculty/Staff Instant Messaging (im.odu.edu)</p> <p> Thin Client Computers</p> <p> Resource 25 Scheduling</p> <p> My ODU Portal (my.odu.edu)</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Access to the following services/systems will be intermittent:</strong></p> <p> Arc GIS</p> <p> Rosetta Stone</p> <p> </p> <p> <strong><u>Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. </u></strong></p> <p> <strong>Access to the following services/systems will be unavailable:</strong></p> <p> Insight (Cognos)</p> <p> Network Access to and from the OCNPS Building</p> <p> Network Access to and from the ODU Bookstore</p> <p> </p> <p> The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past 12:00 noon.</p> <p> <em>Please note: To maintain optimal performance, OCCS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon. </em></p> <p> </p>
