September Monarch Citizen of the Month
<p> Congratulations to Emma Richard as the September Monarch Citizen of the Month. Emma hails from Leesburg, VA and currently resides in Virginia Beach. Emma is a senior graduating in December with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has been recognized as an integral leader with the Student Recreation Center as the Rental Center and Bike Shop Manager. Emma’s dedication and diligence aided ODU in the success of the bike share program being brought on campus.</p> <p> </p> <p> A Monarch Citizen values ODU and all its members. Learning and success is a priority. A Monarch Citizen is responsible and engaged in all areas of campus and community life.
