New Fall Titles Now In
<p> The University Village Bookstore has just received three great new Fall titles:</p> <p> " The Finish: The Killing of Osama Bin Laden " by <strong>Mark Bowden</strong>, author of Black Hawk Down. Mr. Bowden was on the ODU campus a few years during the Annual Literary Festival. This work tells the story of the hunt for bin Laden based on extensive reporting from a wide range of sources.</p> <p> " Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk " by <strong>Ben Fountain.</strong> Author Karl Marlantes calls this book "...the <em>Catch-22</em> of the Iraq War. Instead of skewering the military..it skewers the society responsible for sending it to war, namely us."</p> <p> " Why I Left Goldman Sachs: A Wall Street Story " by<strong> Greg Smith</strong>. The author was just interviewed this past Sunday on <em><strong>60 Minutes </strong></em>and this work details his inside account of how Wall Street lost its way.</p> <p> These works and more are now available at the Village Bookstore.</p>
