Illumination Projct - Remembering Kelly
<p> Kaufman Mall will be illuminated on Wednesday October 17th at 7:00pm to "Remember Kelly" and the 245 individuals killed in drunk driving accidents in the state of Virginia during 2011. Come out and experience this powerful visual and sign the pledge to never drink and drive. </p>
