May 18 is Summer Session 1 and Session 3 Add/Drop Deadline

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING SUMMER DEADLINES:

• The deadline to add/drop Session 1 and Session 3 classes is Wednesday, May 18.
•  The tuition deadline for all Summer classes is Tuesday July 5.
• The withdraw deadline is the last day of classes for each session.
• Check the Summer Academic Calendar for all session add/drop/withdraw deadlines, as they vary by session.

REFUND DATES
For Summer refund dates, please see the Office of Finance website. Courses not dropped by the drop deadline will incur tuition charges.

Students who have a hold preventing them from dropping or withdrawing from a course online may email register@odu.edu with name and UIN and the SUBJ/CRSE and 5-digit CRN of the course, prior to the deadline.

IMPORTANT POLICY REMINDER
ODU does NOT drop students for non-payment of tuition or for failure to attend classes. Students must drop if they do not plan to attend, so they will not be liable for tuition/fees.

Students receiving Summer financial aid should consult their Financial Aid Counselor before dropping or withdrawing from any Summer course.
