Meditation Breaks: November Day of Wellness

November 8 & 10, 5:00 - 6:00 p.m., Student Recreation Center Studio C

 

Clear minds. Positive vibes. Join Recreation & Wellness for some evening relaxation. To celebrate our Day of Wellness this month, two meditation breaks will be offered. In these practices, specific rhythms of the breath will allow participants to quickly and easily eliminate stress, revitalize the nervous system and bring clarity and focus to the mind. No experience is necessary and all are welcome.
