New eVA  Notes & Resources

Access to New eVA:

· Nov 7 - New eVA live for campus community to access

· The link to the site remains the same:  eVA.virginia.gov

· At your first login, you’ll need to review and accept the eVA Acceptable User Acknowledgment form by clicking the ‘I accept the terms and conditions’ checkbox and selecting ‘Acknowledge’.

Training:

· Training sessions continue on a weekly basis. 

· Register for an upcoming session via the Procurement Services website www.odu.edu/procurement

Assistance:

· New eVA looks very different from legacy eVA.  If you have questions, you’re encouraged to attend an upcoming Training session (even if you’ve previously participated in a session). 

· Please submit eVA specific questions to eVAAdmin@odu.edu.  Be sure to reference the Requisition number and/or Purchase Order number about which you are inquiring.  Screenshots are helpful as well.

· Thank you in advance for your patience as the Commonwealth implements the new eVA. 

· Please submit recommendations for enhancements to eVAAdmin@odu.edu.  The collective requests of ODU and other higher education institutions and agencies will help to make the system better.
