Situational Awareness (SA) enables managers to perceive, comprehend and predict future outcomes with the information that they have at hand and has been shown to improve performance. In this webinar, you will learn:
• three practical ways that a manager (or even yourself) can foster a greater sense of SA.
• how using certain coaching and planning techniques as well as meeting facilitation techniques (e.g., whiteboarding) can lead to higher levels of SA.
Rhett Epler is a second-year assistant professor of Marketing at Old Dominion University and received his PhD from the University of Wyoming. Rhett’s research focuses closely on selling in an entrepreneurial manner, decision making and sales force professionalization.
