The Women's Center Presents:

Fall 2020 M-Power Peer Educator Training

September 9, 2020

Virtual Training Via Zoom

4pm to 7pm

Join the Women's Center for the M-Power Peer Educator Training. Peer Educators are very important people on a college campus, because it has been proven that students will listen to your message and be able to relate to you because you are students.

There are many benefits to being a peer educator. You will develop your public speaking skills, become trained in violence prevention & advocacy, interact with the student community, serve as an important resource for other students, enhance self-efficacy, and build your resume! We will train you so that you can make these challenging topics an enlightening experience for all students at ODU.

All who are interested are encouraged to apply at this link: http://itsapps.odu.edu/forms_admin/viewform.php?formid=22759.

Applications are due by Friday, September 4, 2020 and the training dates are September 9th, 14th, and 16th via Zoom.

For more information please contact the Women's Center at womenctr@odu.edu or visit odu.edu/womenscenter to learn more.
