Monarch Groups

We are continuing the implementation of our new student involvement portal.  This new system Monarch Groups will be replacing Monarch link which will be deactivated on April 30, 2020.  This is the time to transition /upload all your documents (organization constitution, program guides, etc. /files from the old Monarch Link system to the new Monarch Groups system. To help prepare all student leaders and organization members for this transition, Leadership and Student Involvement will continue to host several training sessions online.  

Please transfer all important documents to Monarch Groups before April 30, 2020. If you have any questions on how to do this, please see the training options below. 

Training Options: 

Joins an Activity Hours training Thursday, April 2- April 30 ,12:30 -1:30 at https://odu.zoom.us/j/417472978

Schedule a one-on-one meeting with Corey or Dionicia, to troubleshoot issues regarding Monarch Groups COREY: calendly.com/coreyjones12 or DIONICIA:calendly.com/dionicia

STEPS TO TRANSFER FILES (For Officers Only)

  1. Log into monarch groups using your ODU Midas ID and password
  2. Click the "Groups and Organization" button on the home page
  3. Join your organization (if you haven’t already)
  4. Go to your organization's dashboard
  5. Find the “Files” button
  6. Click “Upload” in the top right-hand corner
  7. Drag and Drop

 

Steps to download your Co-curricular Transcripts 

  • Save the PDF somewhere safe and accessible 
  1. Visit org sync website (odu.orgsync.com)
  2. Log in using your ODU Midas ID and password
  3. Click on your name in the top right hand corner 
  4. Scroll down until you find the Involvement button 
  5. Click on the involvement button
  6. Click reports on the left hand side
  7. Under the Co-Curricular Record, click download
