Free Planetarium Shows - Mondays and Thursdays
Free Planetarium Shows
Free planetarium shows at the Pretlow Planetarium every week on Monday and Thursday at 7:00 pm. We will start with a full-dome movie, and then we will show what is currently in the night sky, talk about constellations, planets, nebula, galaxies, and more. The list of movies and nightly topics is available on our website.
Monday 3/9 – Extrasolar Planets
Thursday 3/12 – Escher’s Universe
Monday 3/16 – “What if the Moon Didn’t Exist?” – Dr. Neil Comins, ECSB room 1202
Thursday 3/19 – Special Topic: Spring Constellations and the Equinox
All public shows are free and family friendly. For safety concerns, the doors to the planetarium will close at 7:00 when the show begins.
