Four Wrestlers Qualify for National Championships

The ODU wrestling team placed sixth at the 15-team Mid-American Conference championships over the weekend with four wrestlers placing well enough to earn berths in the NCAA Championships. Redshirt sophomore Killian Cardinale (125 pounds), senior Sa'Derian Perry (141 pounds), senior Larry Early (157 pounds) and senior Antonio Agee (184 pounds) all punched their national championship ticket based on their finish at the MAC championships. Cardinale, who finished second in his weight class, was the highest ODU finisher. The championships will be held March 19-21 in Minneapolis.
