Merchants - PCI Questions during Covid-19?
Merchants –
I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy during this unique time.
Whether it is “business as usual” for your department, you are operating with a skeleton crew, or you are closed for the foreseeable future, please know that if you have any questions or concerns about payment cards or Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards, I am available to address those.
Also know that I am working hard to keep everything as normal as possible here, so if I contact you about something PCI-related, such as an expired PCI Agreement or a terminal inspection, please have patience. I am very flexible to make alternative arrangements for every department’s individual situations.
