Try Small Group Training for Free

Recreation & Wellness is offering free demos of small group training classes on August 26, August 28 and September 4. Small group training merges group exercise and personal training to offer specialized formats, individualized progression and skill development. Spaces are limited and no experience is necessary.  Click the class names below for more information and to register.

Introduction to Powerlifting 6:30 to 7:30 a.m.

TRX Bootcamp 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.

BarBelles 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

These same small group training classes will start on September 9 and run through October 16.  Small group training classes are $25 for ODU students and $30 for SRC members. Prices listed are for six weeks of training, for a total of 12 classes.
