Negotiation Skills Bootcamp

During this 2-day bootcamp you will learn the skills that are necessary to lead and manage various types and difficulty levels of negotiations. You will learn and understand the basic foundations of negotiations, interpersonal skills that are required to remain in control of a negotiation, how to build a strong case while being aware of all sides of the negotiation table, how to navigate through a negotiation and obtain the best fit outcome and much more.
