ITS System Maintenance - August 21
ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, August 21, 2016. Specific services that will be impacted include:
Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Analog voice gateways – Analog phone service (to fax machines, etc.) will be unavailable for about 4 minutes during this window.
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- forms.odu.edu
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Network Connectivity – Due to upgrades, there will be a brief 5-minute network outage in BAL, Rollins Hall, Spong Hall, Virginia Beach Higher Education Center, Kaufman Hall, MGB, and Oceanography & Physics Building.
Access to the following systems will be unavailable:
- Adobe Connect
- Personal Learning Environment (PLE)
Between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- MIDAS (midas.odu.edu)
- Monarch Profile Manager
The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.
Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
