ITS System Maintenance
ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, August 14, 2016. Specific services that will be impacted include:
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon:
Access to the following network drives will be inaccessible:
- Student H: Drive
Between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- 10-minute WiFi outage in areas west of Hampton Blvd and VBHEC, PHEC, TCHEC and VMASC
- Monarch Movies (Streaming Movie Server)
Between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Banner
- Leo Online
- DegreeWorks
Between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon:
Access to the following systems will be unavailable:
- Touchnet
Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be unavailable:
- WordPress
The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.
Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
