ITS System Maintenance - June 26
ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, June 26, 2016. Specific services that will be impacted include:
Between the hours of 6:20 a.m. and 8:20 a.m.:
Due to a firewall upgrade, the following networks will experience a brief 2-3 minute outage between 6:20 and 8:20 a.m.:
- Campus VPN
- Web services on blue.odu.edu or ww2.odu.edu (web forms, faculty websites, student organizations’ websites, announcement submission application)
- Wireless networks (MonarchODU, AccessODU, and eduroam)
The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.
Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
