Mills Godwin Building Roof Replacement Project

The Mills Godwin Life Sciences Building (MGB) will get a new roof this summer.  The contractor will begin mobilizing on June 3, and construction is expected to be completed this August. 

Pedestrian flow around the building will be restricted for safety during construction.  (See the attached site layout.)  People should avoid walking on the berm around MGB or in between MGB and the Physical Sciences Building.  Please use alternate routes to remain clear of the construction zone. 

The contractor plans to deliver materials from June 3 - June 6.  The laydown area will include a section of Parking Lot #38 behind PSB and MGB.  Traffic congestion may be expected along Elkhorne Avenue and in lot 38 while the materials are off-loaded from the trucks.  Please use caution in the area and remain clear of the loading/unloading zone.  We appreciate your patience.
