ITS System Maintenance - June 5
ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, June 5, 2016. Specific services that will be impacted include:
Between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:
- Staff Printing
- MFD Printing
- WordPress
- Banner
- DegreeWorks
- News Website (news.odu.edu)
- LIONS Authentication
Between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:
- IT Knowledge Database
- Document Imaging (BDM)
- Leo Online
Between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:
- Faculty/Staff Instant Messaging (Lync/Skype for Business)
Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:
- Room Scheduling (Resource 25)
- TutorTrac
- Personal Learning Environment (PLE)
- Large File Transfer System (ZendTo)
- Footprints (ITS Incident Tracking)
Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 8 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:
- Insight (Cognos)
Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:
- GIS Software
- MIDAS (midas.odu.edu)
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Madison Digital Imaging Database (MDID)
- Student Printing
The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.
Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
