High School Graduation Ceremonies Will Affect Parking in Garages Near the TED
The Constant Center will be hosting several graduation ceremonies on June 22nd and 23rd, 2016. During this timeframe, both 43rd and 45th Streets, between Hampton Blvd and Monarch Way, will periodically close. Also, heavy traffic is expected on Hampton Blvd. and surrounding streets. Parking for the graduation ceremonies will be in both the North and South Constant Center Garages and it is expected that the garages will fill to capacity. Faculty/staff, EVMS, Research, and Retail parking permits will be valid in Village parking lots V-2 and V-3, located on Killam Ave. between 41st Street and 45th Street, during the high school graduation timeframe.

June 22-23 – Norfolk High Schools
June 22 1pm Maury
June 22 4pm Norview
June 23 1pm Booker T. Washington
June 23 4pm Lake Taylor
June 23 7pm Granby
