Mandatory Pr-requisites will be tested on the first evening of class. If these are not passed, participant will NOT be allowed to continue with class. 300 yard swim-either front crawl, breastroke, or combination of both

 

2 minute tread using legs only

 

Retrieve a 10lb brick from bottom of 15 foot pool within 1 min and 40 seconds Age-Participant must me 15 years old on the first day of class Cost:

 

ODU Student-$195

 

SRC Member-$200 

 

Non-Member-$250

 

Refund Policy

 

If a participant fails the pr-requisite, all but $50 will be refunded to the participant.

 

Registration and payment occurs at the Front Desk of the SRC
