Small Group Training Session One
Change up your workout routine this summer while meeting others looking to do the same! ODU SGT offers a unique opportunity to explore a new
dimension of fitness by merging Group Fitness with personal training. Small Group Training offers classes that focus on a specialized format,
individualized progression, and skill development. Formats offered for the summer are: Dance Fit, TRX Revolutions, ViPR Tubes and Toys, and Yoga
Body Balance Circuit. Session One runs May 16- June 24
