Seeking participants for a research study on ASSESSMENT OF RISKS AND VULNERABILITIES TO FLOODING AND SEA LEVEL RISE

 

ODU researchers are seeking volunteers to provide input into an assessment of the region’s risks and vulnerabilities to flooding and sea level rise. We are interested in residents’ perspectives regarding adaptation efforts and what can be done to increase neighborhood’s resilience to

flooding.

 

WE ARE CONDUCTING FOCUS GROUPS IN THE PRETTY LAKE AND LITTLE CREEK AREAS OF NORFOLK AND VIRGINIA BEACH.

 

Do you live in these areas? Volunteer to participate in a 60-90 minute focus group.

 

Each focus group participant receives a $20 gift card for completing the focus group activities.

 

Wednesday April 20th at East Ocean View Recreation Center in Norfolk, 6:00-7.30 pm
