ITS System Maintenance 4/10
ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, April 10, 2016. Specific services that will be impacted include:
Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be unavailable:
- Footprints (ITS Incident Tracking)
Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:
- MIDAS (midas.odu.edu)
- Monarch Profile Manager
The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.
Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
