Invitation to Complete Working Caregiver Survey

Researchers from the School of Nursing and Department of Economics are conducting a survey designed to gather information about workplace policies related to working caregivers of persons with memory problems.  If you are working caregiver for someone with memory problems, your experiences are important to us.  We want to know: 1) how much time and effort you devote to providing unpaid care; 2) what resources are available and/or needed to support your caregiving efforts; 3) whether you are aware of and understand famiy leave policies in the workplace; and 4) whether you have had occassion to use workplace family leave policies. 

This survey has been approved by the ODU Institutional Review Board, and should take less than 20 minutes to complete.  If interested, copy the URL below and paste into your browser to access the survey. Those who complete the survey will be eligible to register for a drawing for a $100 gift card.  Thank you.
