Lace Up and Go
In celebration of American Heart Association's National Walking Day, the Old Dominion University Department of Recreation and Wellness encourages you to walk for at least 30 minutes everyday during the movement.
Throughout the week of April 11-15, we will have Fitness & Wellness representatives walking around campus handing out incentives to those who are walking!
Also, sign up for personal training or massage therapy during the week and receive 10% off any package!
