ITS System Maintenance 3/6
ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, March 6, 2016. Specific services that will be impacted include:
Between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Room Scheduling (Resource 25)
Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Faculty Printing
- Monarch General Hospital
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- COMSOL, Mathcad, Minitab, ArcGIS
Between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- High Performance Computing networks – There will be no campus, Internet or VPN connectivity to or from HPC networks for about 2-3 minutes during this time.
The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.
Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
