ITS System Maintenance 2/28

ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, February 28, 2016. Specific services that will be impacted include:

Between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:

  • Document Imaging (BDM)
  • MFD Printing
  • Staff Printing
  • Student Printing

Between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:

  • IT Knowledge Database
  • Faculty/Staff Instant Messaging (Lync)

Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:

  • Personal Learning Environment (PLE)
  • Room Scheduling (Resource 25)

Between the hours of 4:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:

  • Insight (Cognos)

Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:

  • GIS Software

Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.:
Access to the following system will be intermittent:

  • Madison Digital Imaging Database (MDID)

The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.

Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
