Using Prezi to present your course ideas | a two-part hands-on workshop 3/2 and 3/16
Using Prezi to Present your Course Ideas
a two-part hands-on workshop
Tired of PowerPoint? Prezi is a presentation software and storytelling tool for presenting your ideas on a virtual canvas. In this two-part hands-on workshop, you will have a chance to learn how to create a dynamic and interactive presentation.
The Prezi workshops allow you to gain experience using and navigating Prezi, a presentation software that is customizable with zooming features. You will have a chance to use Prezi, hands-on, as you learn its basic tools and functionalities. As you leave the workshops, you should have a strong grasp of Prezi’s features and comfort with using the tool.
Prezi I (Basics for Presenting with Prezi): In this workshop, participants will learn the basics of using this alternate presentation tool.
Prezi II (Strategies for Interactive Presentations): In this workshop, participants will learn how to incorporate advanced tools within Prezi to accommodate and showcase their presentations.
(Please note: The Prezi I workshop is a prerequisite for the Prezi II workshop, and each hands-on workshop must be registered for separately.)
