ODU Jazz Orchestra in Concert 2/23, 7:30 pm

The ODU Jazz Orchestra is back for 2016! Join us for an evening of great jazz on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 7:30 PM, in Chandler Recital Hall at the Diehn Center for the Performing Arts. This dynamic ensemble honors the traditions of jazz while introducing new arrangements and original compositions.

The performance features the music of Mercer Ellington, Thad Jones, Thelonious Monk, and Cedar Walton, among others. The ODU Jazz Orchestra is directed by Dr. Doug Owens. The concert is free and open to the public; arrive early for the best seating. See you there!
