To all Research Foundation Hourly Employees and their Supervisors-

 

Timesheets for the December 16th payroll (pay period 11/27/16-12/10/16) are due as usual on Monday, December 12th by 10:00 A.M.

 

Additionally, please be reminded that ODU is CLOSED Friday, December 23th through Monday, January 2nd. In order to process payroll for the 12/30/16 pay date, we MUST have the time sheets for the 12/11/16-12/24/16 pay period BEFORE Winter Break.

 

Therefore, time sheets for the 12/11/16-12/24/16 pay period are due by 10 A.M. on Monday, December 19, 2016. You may estimate your time for the period of 12/11/16-12/24/16. Any corrections may be made on the following pay period (pay date 1/13/17).

 

Please remember that time sheets placed in campus mail will NOT be received by the Research Foundation on time. If you are unable to drop your time sheets off in person, then you may scan and e-mail them to RFTimesheets@odu.edu or you may fax them to (757) 683-5290.

 

The December 30, 2016 pay information will be available on 12/22/16 via the Employee Web Services (EWS) at https://hera.odurf.odu.edu/ews/.

 

All employees that receive paychecks (not currently enrolled in direct deposit) for the December 30th payroll that have a campus address, checks will be distributed to the departments in campus mail on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. If you do not wish to wait until January 3rd to receive your paycheck, please take advantage of one of the three choices below:

 

1. Complete an Employee Direct Deposit Authorization form and return it to the Research Foundation office no later than Monday, December 12th to ensure that your December 30th paycheck will be direct deposited into your bank account. The form can be found on the Research Foundation we site http://www.researchfoundation.odu.edu/pdf/directdeposit.pdf

 

2. Complete a change of address form with your home address by December 15, 2016. The change of address form can be located at http://www.researchfoundation.odu.edu/pdf/HR/Address-NameChangeForm.pdf .

 

3. Complete a change of address via the Employee Web Services (EWS) at https://hera.odurf.odu.edu/ews/.
