Rollins Hall Services: Winter Break Assistance
Old Dominion University will be closed December 23 - January 2 for the winter break.
The following Rollins Hall service areas will be available by phone during the winter break:
- Cashier's
- Customer Relations
- Student Accounts
- Student Financial Aid
Availability by phone will be 7 days per week from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m. (EST) with the exception of December 24, 25, and January 1.

Rollins Hall Offices: Admissions, Customer Relations, Financial Aid, & Student Accounts will be open during the winter break on December 27 & 28 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. for students who wish to come in for assistance.
During this time payment may be submitted in person with a check, or online with an electronic check or credit card; however, no cash payments will be accepted during this time period.
Normal business operations will resume on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2017.
