Web Time Entry Deadline Reminders for the December 10 – December 24 pay period
Employee Deadline Reminder
All classified employees must submit their web time sheets for approval by 11:59 p.m. on December 18, 2016. Please enter hours for the entire pay period. You may submit your time sheet on 12/16/16 if you do not plan to work on December 17th and 18th.
This will require all nonexempt employees to enter estimated hours for leave taken and hours worked in advance for December 19 – December 24, 2016. Non Exempt Employees please use “Holiday Pay” to record the Official Holiday Closing for the Christmas Holidays on your Web Time Sheet.
All exempt employees are required to enter estimated leave taken in advance from December 19 – December 24, 2016. Exempt employees do not enter holiday hours on their web time sheets.
Approver and Proxy Deadline Reminder
Approvers and Proxies must approve all classified time sheets by 10:00 a.m. on December 19, 2016 for the December 10th through December 24th pay period. Please verify that each of your employees entered all hours worked and leave taken for the entire pay period December 10, 2016 – December 24, 2016. Hours entered for December 19 – December 24 will be estimated and entered in advance.
Procedure for correcting estimated hours worked or leave taken for the December 10-December 24, 2016 pay period -
Employees who need to make changes to their estimated hours worked or leave taken submitted in advance for December 19 – December 24, should submit a Manual Time sheet by January 4, 2017.
Employees who work additional hours from December 19 – December 24 should submit a Manual Time Sheet by January 4, 2017 to be compensated on January 13, 2017.
