12 Days of Fitness

Stay fit in December with the 12 Days of Fitness challenge! Your goal is to reach 3,000 points by working out for 12 days between 12/1-12/16 and you'll win a prize just in time for the holiday break. Have a fitness specialist at the Student Recreation Center or University Fitness Center register you in our free Rec & Well Trek program to participate. Each Rec & Well Trek strength workout is 150 points and each cardio workout is 100 points.Give yourself the gift of fitness!
