CALENDAR YEAR 2017 PAYROLL AND WEB TIME ENTRY (WTE) SUBMISSION SCHEDULES
The mission of the Payroll Office is to ensure that all employees of the University are paid timely and accurately while also maintaining compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and University regulations. To accomplish this task, the Payroll Office needs to receive timely, correct, and complete information from the University community.
If correctly completed hiring paperwork (E-1, E-1s, EPAFS, etc.) and/or timesheets are not submitted to Human Resources and/or Payroll by the published deadlines, employees cannot be paid.
Avoid delays for your employees.

PAYROLL SCHEDULE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2017 – PAY DATES FOR 2017
We are providing two payroll schedules – a one page schedule and a 4-page schedule with larger print that is easier to read. Choose the one you wish to use.
We are also providing a list of pay periods and pay dates for calendar year 2017.
