The Diversity Institute is a 10-week program designed to help students acquire the knowledge and awareness they will need to live, work, and thrive in a global society.
Through a series of interactive sessions, student participants will:
- reflect on their own identities, backgrounds and cultures
- learn more about the identities of other individuals and cultural groups
- develop and refine the necessary skills to effectively communicate within and across communities
The sessions will be held on Fridays, from 12:00-2:00 PM beginning January 27 and ending April 7. Lunch provided. The application deadline is January 6: http://bit.ly/DISpring2017
