Laser Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon

That's right, we're bringing laser shows to the Pretlow Planetarium! What better way to start than with Pink Floyd, the epitome of laser shows.

Friday and Saturday, November 18th and 19th at 8:00 pm.

Tickets will be $7 per person for a normal ticket, and a discounted price of $5 for ODU students, active military, seniors 62+, and children under 12. We will be checking ID at the door. We can only accept cash or check. (Sorry, no credit card for now.)

We’ll be taking RSVPs for the event because there are only so many seats available. We’ll have to cap it at 90 people, and tickets will probably go fast. You can RSVP on our website (www.odu.edu/planetarium). We will respond to each submission confirming your tickets. You can pay for your tickets at the door when you get there.

Dark Side of the Moon was released by Pink Floyd in 1973 and is one of the best-selling albums of all time. Plunge into the deepest recesses of the Pink Floyd consciousness in Laser Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon. Dazzling lasers transform this landmark album about greed, madness, and reality, into an intoxicating visual feast for the eyes. Over a million laser-generated hues and colors poetically express such timeless tracks as Money, Time, The Great Gig in the Sky, and Brain Damage. In short, during Laser Pink Floyd: Dark Side of the Moon, space and time cease to have meaning.
