Bali Study Abroad - Bali Study Abroad - Thursday 12:30 Goode Theatre

In Maymester 2017, ODU will be running a new study abroad program: "Social Interest Documentary Filmmaking in Bali" with Professor David Mallin, Director of ODU's Film Program.

This Thursday at 12:30pm there will be an information session about the program in the Goode Theatre.

Students participating in this program will spend 3 weeks in Bali, partnering with local NGOs servicing issues ranging from Childbirth to Women's Issues to Environmental Sustainability to Poverty to HIV/AIDS education to Entrepreneurship, creating changemaker videos highlighting the work being done and communities serviced.  This is not just a program for film students, this study abroad is open to anyone in the ODU community that cares about social issues, and would like to go to Bali..
