ITS System Maintenance - November 13
ITS System Maintenance will be conducted Sunday, November 13, 2016. Specific services that will be impacted include:
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Network Connectivity – Due to upgrades, there will be a brief 5-minute wireless network outage in: Village, Whitehurst, Dining Hall and New Education Building.
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Network Connectivity – Due to upgrades, there will be a brief 5-minute network outage in: Physical Sciences, Alumni Relations, Research Park 1 and 2, Engineering Systems, Health Sciences, Stables Theater, Tri-cities, VMASC, Gornto, Visual Arts, Writing Center, and Athletic Administration.
Between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Footprints (ITS Incident Tracking)
Between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- MIDAS and Monarch-Key account creation
Between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.:
Access to the following systems will be intermittent:
- Banner
- Banner Workflow
- DegreeWorks
- Flexible Registration
- Leo Online
- Touchnet
The system outage and/or service disruption timeframe(s) given are approximate. The actual duration of the service disruption may be shorter or longer than posted but will never go past noon.
Please note: To maintain optimal performance, ITS performs weekly system maintenance on key services. The weekly window of service is typically on Sundays between 6 a.m. to noon.
