Increased Phishing attempts at ODU

<p> There has been a recent increase in the Phishing attacks to hit the Old Dominion University campus.&nbsp; These attacks continue to are get more sophisticated and targeted. &nbsp;Many of them now ask for your login ID and Password along with other personal information including banking information.&nbsp; This information, when given, is then used to attempt to gain access to ODU and personal resources.<br /> &nbsp;<br /> Please remember &ndash; Old Dominion University will <strong>NEVER</strong> ask for your PASSWORD.&nbsp;Please delete Phishing e-mails or, if you are uncertain, forward them to ITSHelp@odu.edu.&nbsp; Do <strong>NOT</strong> follow their instructions or update any information as requested in the e-mail. &nbsp;Tell your co-workers to do the same.</p> <p> &nbsp;</p> <p> J.
